ZUSU – Return & Exchange Policy

At ZUSU, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. To maintain our standards and ensure fairness, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

No Return Policy
All purchases made through ZUSU are final. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Customers may request an exchange only if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Items can only be exchanged for a different size or another product
  • Customers may be required to pay any price difference
  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or damaged items (after delivery)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

ZUSU reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
