Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. ZUSU is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Exchange Policy

ZUSU does not offer returns or refunds. We only provide a 7-day exchange policy under specific conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Tags and packaging must be intact
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
